About

H.M. Wilson writes serialized fiction — stories published one chapter at a time, on a regular schedule. You can follow along as each story unfolds, or come back and read at your own pace.

Serialized fiction is one of the oldest forms of storytelling. Before novels were published as books, they appeared in magazines and newspapers in weekly or monthly installments. Charles Dickens, Leo Tolstoy, and Arthur Conan Doyle all wrote this way. The form creates a different relationship between writer and reader — closer, more like a conversation unfolding over time.
